We love cheese, probably a little too much. Mac & cheese? Yes please! I'm always on the look out for new recipes to try so when I decided to make some to go with dinner tonight, it was this one from NomNomNom that I chose. I did change it a bit. I didn't use the crockpot, so instead I did it all just on the stovetop. I also doubled her recipe. It will become lunch for both of us for a few days too!
1 box Pasta (I used shells)
2 cups Half & Half
1 can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Butter, melted
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
Cook pasta acording to package directions. Drain the pasta then put it back into the pan. Add all the other ingredients to the pan and mix together until the cheese melts. Add fresh cracked black pepper, stir again, and serve.
