Here is another recipe that I made for Dad's birthday party. Since my entire family loves pretzels, and we needed some snacks for the guests to enjoy before dinner was ready, I decided to make these

. These pretzels remind me of a snack I had when I was younger, made with oyster crackers instead. These were so simple to throw together and delicious, too. I had a hard time not picking at them while they were cooling!
1 pound bag Pretzel Nuggets
1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
3/4 cup Canola or Olive Oil
3 teaspoons Garlic Powder
Mix the spices in with the oil. Place the pretzels into a large bowl and pour the oil and spice mixture over the top. Stir well to coat. Place the pretzels on a baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until all of the oil is absorbed, stirring every 10 minutes. Allow to cool and store in an air tight container.
